Durham Divas and college cheerleaders will be participating in a 4 week challenge in order to fundraise for the charity Student Minds.

Student Minds is a UK charity that helps empower students and members of the university community to develop the knowledge, confidence and skills to look after their own mental health, support others and create change. Student Minds work with students, service users, professionals and academics to develop new and innovative ways to improve the mental health of students. They ensure that students have access to timely, youth-friendly support and resources.

The pandemic has had an effect on everyone's mental health. We hope that with this challenge we can build connections and teamwork, whilst spreading awareness and raising money for this incredible cause.

Our challenge: each week, a new challenge will be issued. Each team will also compete to raise the largest amount.

Even the smallest donation will be greatly appreciated. You can donate through your University/ college team if they are taking part. This way we can track which team manages to fundraise the most.
