Story
As a pulmonary and critical care physician and the medical director of an ECMO program at Wellspan Hospital, I see the impact of heart disease and poor physical health daily. Being a board member of the AHA I wanted to find a way to contribute my unique perspective. Regular exercise, which I've embraced as an avid Peloton rider, runner, and resistance exercise, offers profound benefits for both physical and mental well-being, including reducing stress and combating burnout. I'm raising money for the American Heart Association and the Bike 100 Mile campaign to support vital research and promote the importance of regular physical activity. Your support can help us encourage healthier lifestyles and make a meaningful difference in the fight against heart disease. Thank you for joining me in this effort. As always
The more we sweat in peace, the less we bleed in war.
