Dorothy Clarke passed away at home on 25th April 2023, aged 87 years. Those who knew Dorothy will be aware that she was a talented and prolific fundraiser, supporting many causes throughout her life. That is why we are collecting donations in her memory for 2 causes that were particularly close to her heart in recent years.

Dorothy was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis around 5 years ago and the family undertook several fundraising efforts to support APF, whose mission is to provide support and information to sufferers and their families.

Rowcroft Hospice enabled Dorothy to remain at home during her illness, providing support through their Hospice at Home programme. Dorothy had long been a supporter of Rowcroft, thanks in part to their involvement with her husband, Bill Clarke, prior to his death in 2010.
