Raising Money for MS Society and Animal Charities!
Some of you will know that I grew up with my mum always having Multiple Sclerosis and that things weren’t always easy or normal but my mums smile could light a room up and it’s something I will never forget. She passed when I was 18 and she was just 43 years old. An age I am rapidly approaching and I feel my mortality more than ever nowadays.
So I ran the London Marathon in 2019 but got injured 6 miles in and had to hobble the rest of the way. 2019 then got way trickier when I got Lyme Disease causing myself to be unable to function and being hospitalised as well as being diagnosed with Clinical Depression.
2019 was hard. Comparable with how I felt in 2001 when mum died. 5 years on and I want to do her proud. The London Marathon is one the 21st April just two days after my mums 23rd Anniversary of when she died.
Please help me to raise funds and awareness about Multiple Sclerosis. Any help is welcome.
Love to you all and if you are still able to go and hug your mum or your children because you just never can tell when the last time will be the last.
