The DM Kineton team will be conducting a challenge to support the charities Mind and Head Up. Both charities are great organisations that support individuals in their fight against mental health problems. There is more details about the charities being supported at the team member pages below.

Currently in the UK approximately 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem each year and it appears that how people cope with mental health problems is getting worse as the number of people who self-harm or have suicidal thoughts is increasing. In the military personnel are generally more reluctant to acknowledge anything is wrong for fear of being labelled weak or non-deployable.

The aim of this event is to promote awareness surrounding mental health matters and to raise vital funds for two charities helping them continue their important work supporting mental health recovery. Each of the charities has a team member page below, please view each page for more information on the charities outstanding work and to donate to each charity.

This challenge will see a four person team from DM Kineton Tabbing the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge. The team will TAB a total of 48 miles over two days all whilst carrying 15kg. The challenge will be both a physically and mentally demanding challenge for the team.
