Raising money for Dorset Blind Association

Help us celebrate our 102 Birthday! Its a challenging year (minor understatement) and wed like you to help us see it off in a positive way! Create a challenge and incorporate the no. 102 or host a virtual event (Halloween Party?). Share w/ friends!

Story

It is not the return of Zorro or the next episode of ‘50 Shades’, but the latest installment in the David’s Guide chapter of fundraising events in support of visually impaired athletes.

This time we are raising funds for the Dorset Blind Association and the challenge will be for me Cliffe Tribe, a fully sighted individual, to run blindfolded with experienced VI guide John Baker at 10 different parkrun venues across the south. Supported by David Edwards and Julie Burden.

Starting in my home town of Poole on April 30, 2022 (which coincidentally will be my 50th parkrun) and finish on July 2 at Kings Park Bournemouth.
