I'm supporting Kevin Sinfield and completing my own 7 in 7 challenge. That's seven runs, walks, cycles or whatever I fancy in seven consecutive days to raise money to support families, that are living with motor neurone disease. Your support will make a huge difference.

Whether you can donate £7, or £77, every penny counts in the fight against MND. The money raised will provide care and support for people living with, and affected by MND. It will also fund vital research to help better understand the disease and bring us closer to finding a cure.

I'm going to be walking 7km a day for 7 consecutive days, with hopefully 6 other people so there will 7 of us each day.
