Hey peeps.

Most of the people reading this will be aware that Dani was born with an eye condition whereby her optic nerve did not fuse together properly as a baby. Due to this she has had multiple operations and procedures on her left eye. (The side I stood when I asked her on our first date 😂) Dani was lucky enough to have the world renowned surgeons to operate on her and the best care given to her by the nurses at Moorfields hospital. She has also only recently been in and out of Moorfields because she originally tore her retina and then further detached her retina…..twice!

This hospital isn’t only for people that were born with eye issues, but anyone that suffers at all with their eyes regardless of the condition.

Moorfields hospital have done more than enough for us, and in return we would like to raise as much money as we possibly can. A 15 mile walk. To some, this doesn’t sound like a lot. Dani and I haven’t stepped a foot in the gym for a couple of years! To say we are both not in great condition would be an understatement. 🤣

I already feel faint thinking about my legs and feet, not to mention my breathing! 😂
