We are the UK’s leading charity fighting to ensure a better future for young minds

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit Dams Furniture’s company Just Giving page.

Dams Furniture is a privately owned and proud UK manufacturer and wholesaler of office furniture, based in Knowsley, Merseyside.

Dams also recognise the importance of their role in the community and strive to ensure that their actions have a positive impact on employees, customers, suppliers, the environment, and most importantly the local community within which we work.

Last year we set ourselves a target of raising £50,000 for charity, and we managed to raise a whopping £61,336 for our chosen charities which were Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and the British Heart Foundation.

Well the Dams Charity Challenge is back! And we’re pleased to announce that this year Dams will volunteering and raising donations for 4 very worthwhile charities:

OLLY (Our Lost Love Years) is a charity dedicated to helping children following the loss of a loved one

Young Minds is a charity dedicated to fighting for young people’s mental health

KIND helps to make a difference in the lives of thousands of disadvantaged children and families

Merseyside Dogs Home which took in over 400 stray, lost dogs last year that they found new homes for

Over the coming months, the Dams Charity Committee will be announcing some activities aimed at raising donations, as well as having some fun in the process – so watch this space!
