Story

This year, Mia, Eden, Betsie and Idya are taking on a really exciting challenge with thousands of others across the country on Sunday 29th June 2025 at King's College Taunton. By swimming 50m, cycling 1000m and running 750m each in a relay with my team and raising money for Restless Development and my school's chosen charity, together we can make a huge impact on the world.

Restless development is a non profit global agency that supports the collective power of young leaders to create a better world. Every year, they train, mentor, nurture and connect thousands of young people to use their youth power and lead change. Formed in 1985, they are feminist, inclusive, gender transformative and anti-racist in their work. They recognise the barriers that women, girls, non-binary people, people living with disabilities, and young people of different ethnicities, religion and sexual preferences face in the communities in which we work. They recognise historical power inequalities and aim to decolonise development.
