On the 2nd of August CASY had just over £500 stolen from our office which would have been used for direct service provision. We are hoping to raise these funds along with the cost of making the premises more secure.

CASY is a charity, set up in 1998 to support the emotional wellbeing of children and young people across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. We work with anyone from the age of 6 to 25 by offering a confidential 1-to-1 counselling service. The young people we support come to us with a variety of presenting issues including: anxiety, low self-esteem, self-harming behaviour, attachment problems and suicidal thoughts. Our support and intervention work is essential to help restore a more stable emotional health platform from which the young person is able to grow. This helps to define the sense of self-worth, provides confidence, independence and resilience.
