Hi we are two best friends who are trying to raise money for shout a mental health service who are there to message 24/7. We are trying to help as many people as we can with mental health so they know that they arent alone. Suffering with mental health is hard at times but always remember there is light at the end of a tunnel, there has to be rain before a rainbow and flowers need rain to blossom.
