Charlotte and Melanie are both raising money by running in this year's London Marathon. Charlotte has run lots of half marathons - this is to be her first marathon experience. Raising money for the RCHT charity, for our patients and staff, is a huge inspiration to keep on going! Melanie is once more raising money for surgical research via the Royal College of Surgeons and trying to finally drag herself around a marathon in under 5 hours.

Melanie and Charlotte have forged a friendship out of squeezing every last drop they can from the NHS to support the patients and the surgical team. Both use running to find the head space they need to keep on pushing surgical priorities forwards in these difficult times for the NHS. This summer they are really excited to be putting on a really fun event for the health community and local friends. Inspired by Paul Lidder's Crumball Rally European adventures, this Cornish Rally is a great chance to explore West Cornwall, be hyper competitive against your friends and do something different for a good cause. And there may also be cake.....
