Story

Join the Conway Police Department as we support our local Child Advocacy Center (CAC). Beards for Bucks is a fun and exciting fundraiser where law enforcement officers are allowed to grow facial hair for the month of October to support their local CAC. The Carroll County Child Advocacy Center depends on the generosity of the Town of Conway's citizens and businesses, along with all members of our surrounding Carroll County communities, to make a donation to support this important effort and the CAC.

Helping child victims of physical and sexual abuse and their families requires an approach that addresses the physical, emotional and legal dimensions of abuse. And it requires a coordinated victim centered response from expert professionals to reduce stress throughout the investigation and intervention process. Child Advocacy Centers work in partnership with all the necessary agencies and specialists to coordinate a plan of action to provide high-quality, specialized services for abused children and their families to heal, survive and thrive.

Help support the great work that the Carroll County Child Advocacy Center does for child victims of physical and sexual abuse in Carroll County by making a donation that directly supports the CAC today!
