Combs Dippers are friends based in the North West who go open water swimming together throughout the year, typically in quarries and resevoirs. We thought it was time for some of us to take on a real challenge, and support a worthy cause at the same time.

So, we will be joining many others for the North East Skinny Dip in late September. We'll all be stripping completely naked and plunging into the North Sea to support the mental health charity, Tyneside & Northumberland Mind.

Tyneside & Northumberland Mind is an independent, local charity that delivers mental health services across the whole of Tyneside and Northumberland. The charity offers a range of services, including counselling, a listening service, wellbeing groups, fundraising and training based on the principals of wellbeing, recovery, resilience and prevention.
