The Community Neurology Service is an NHS Team within Dorset Health Care. They provide management and monitoring for adults with long-term neurological/neuromuscular condition.

We are a team of 9 people including Neuro Practitioners - Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurse. Support Workers and Administrator.
