Ka-Mei and I will soon be tackling the iconic London to Brighton cycle on 19th June 2022. This is something I've always wanted to do and Ka-mei joining me on this adventure is the icing on the cake.

We will be looking to raise money for the brilliant Alzheimer's Research UK charity and I'm proud to be joining #TeamARUK.

This charity means a lot to our family having lost both my grandfathers to dementia and hoping to raise money and awareness for a great cause.

Your donations will support research that could drive breakthroughs, power new treatments and improve the lives of people living with dementia. Hope starts here and will, one day, end with a cure.
