Story

The Morning Crew came about when a group of friends decided it was better to run together rather than run alone. We run not only to stay physically fit but mentally fit as well. We run to enjoy the "ah ha" moments of the early morning sunrises and the great out doors. We run to lift each other up. We are the Morning Crew!
