For Mental Health Awareness Week our incredible team of supporters are taking to the skies and braving a skydive in support of good mental health for all.

Story

Mental health awareness week 2023 commences 15th - 21st May, to honour this important week & show our support, me and Rebecca are taking part in a sponsored skydive! It took some convincing (on my part) but we’re plunging 10,000 feet, facing our fears all whilst raising money for a cause so relevent in todays climate.

Across the UK, 1 in 4 people have experience some form of mental health problem, this statistic is just from research we know about and the actual figure could, and is likely, to be a lot higher. With this in mind, me and Rebecca want to advocate for change & better understanding and appreciation for mental health services. Any donation and/or support is greatly appreciated by myself, Rebecca and the Mental Health Foundation, thank you.

The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.
