In 2024, Charlotte will be running the Manchester 10k and Rosie the Manchester Marathon, in memory of Charlotte’s best friend Lucy, who died in March 2022.

We miss Lucy every day. She brightened the lives of all she met even while suffering great hardships of her own.

This is the first time running our respective distances and we've chosen lengths to challenge us. The idea of Charlotte running 10 metres would have made Lucy howl with laughter. Imagine what she would think of 10,000.

We have chosen to support Diabetes UK and The Christie, which were close to Lucy's heart. Donations are much appreciated.
