We are raising funds for Beat, the UK's leading eating disorder charity. Support and resources are given by Beat to all those affected, as well as their families and friends, and to the professionals worried about somebody in their care.

Eating disorders are serious mental illnesses affecting 1.25 million people in the UK. They are not biased; they affect all ages, men and women, and all backgrounds, with up to one in four sufferers being male.

For those suffering in silence: don't give up, help is there, and it's not something to be afraid of. It gets better. You are not alone; there are people who care and want to support you through this. Reach out and let others help you find the path to healing.
