Story

A milestone birthday for Chris in 2025 inspired him to take on a milestone challenge: The London Marathon! He’s decided to do this to support a local charity, Martin House, whose goal of building a new facility is a really worthwhile cause.

Chris isn’t a natural long distance runner so to support his training and keep him motivated, Caroline and Dan are taking on the Leeds Marathon and Leeds Half Marathon respectively. With this being a family challenge, any support that anyone can offer would be massively appreciated!

Read how Martin House describe their work:

“Martin House supports children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families, across West, North and East Yorkshire. Our vision is that every child and young person has access to palliative care when and where they need it.”
