Welcome to the Castles of Conquest JustGiving page! This isn’t just a bike ride; it’s a journey through history, resilience, and hope. On this inaugural 90-mile adventure, we’ll follow in the footsteps of ancient kings, riding through North Wales and visiting some of the most iconic castles. But our mission is far greater than the miles we’ll cover or the ancient stones we’ll pass. We’re here to raise awareness and support for men’s mental health, partnering with the charity MANUP? to help break the silence that too often surrounds mental struggles.

Why We're Riding:

The reality is stark—suicide remains the leading cause of death for men under 50 in the UK, and many men still feel they must face their mental health battles alone. The Castles of Conquest ride is here to change that. By coming together as the Knights of the Resilient Path, we’re showing that no man should ever have to ride alone, on or off the bike. Our aim is to help create a world where men feel empowered to reach out, speak up, and get the support they need without fear or shame.

Our Journey:

Starting from the historic Chester Castle, we’ll journey to Holt, Caergwrle, Denbigh, Rhuddlan, and Flint castles, drawing strength from these symbols of resilience and fortitude. Each castle stands as a reminder of the challenges faced and overcome, just as each rider represents strength in unity and courage in vulnerability.
