We've heard from so many of you that you want a way to help, well it's here! Walk, roll, run, dance, ride, paddle, swim, jump whatever way you can MOVE, make it matter! Move in your own backyard, climb a mountain, ride a horse its up to you!

Story

WE LOVE PADS and we want to help bring some funds over to them! These retro-bones still have something to prove! We may not be the fastest or fittest group but we have the determination of a Labrador and the compassion of a Golden Retriever.

Donate to our team member pages and join our journey as we train to ride 100km from Burnaby to Chilliwack, BC on August 21st. We'll post our progress so you can follow along and motivate us.

...or bring us water... so much water! Some of us may have to walk the hills but we'll all make it at the end. LOL
