So this year on the 28th May 2023 myself, Jack Dyerson and Bradley Perry have decided to take part in the ride London 100 mile bike ride.

I have decided participate in the Ride London 100 mile bike ride for 2 charities the first being for Spelthorne Parkies Support Group. Unfortunately my Dad (Leon) was diagnosed with Parkinsons late last year, which was a big blow for us all as a family. Luckily Spelthorne Parkies Support Group have been on hand to help my Dad come to terms with his diagnosis and be there for him when he's needed them. Therefore i would like to raise money to help Spelthorne Parkies Support Group help other familes going through the same thing as he is. If i could raise enough money to go towards helping just 1 person and see them receive the same help my Dad has it will all be worth it.

The second charity i have decided to ride for is Mind. I have decided to also ride for mind as i believe that the work they do is very important as mental health these days is such an important matter, especially with the increase in male suicides in recent times. Hopefully we can raise some money to help Mind carry out the amazing work they do.
