Employees and volunteers at Bristol Mind are taking on a 7 Day Step Challenge on 25th September - 1st October 📅
We're doing this in support of Bristol Mind's Million Steps for Better Mental Health. A campaign encouraging everyone in and around Bristol achieve the best mental health possible by doing as many steps as possible in 7 days.
Physical exercise is proven to help improve positive mental health. Being active releases a chemical in the brain that boosts emotional wellbeing and lowers rates of mental illness.
Whether you walk, run, jog, skip, or hop, all steps contribute to Bristol Mind's Million Steps for Better Mental Health.
