Story

Our Dad died from Bowel Cancer in Dec 2020, he would have been 70yrs old this year. He was a very active man and sitting still wasn't something he enjoyed doing. Our Dad loved running, he ran with his local running club and took part in lots of different runs around the country including 13 London Marathons. We thought it would be a great way to honour his memory, celebrate his birthday and raise money for a fantastic cause if we both ran the Cardiff Half Marathon together.

Bowel Cancer if the fourth most common cancer in Wales. Every year Almost 2,300 people are diagnosed with Bowel Cancer in Wales and more than 900 people die from it. Bowel Cancer is treatable and curable, especially if diagnosed early.

Please sponsor us and support this amazing charity so that treatment and research can be improved and more people can be cured rather than lost.

Thank you from the both of us
