BIC Ambassador: Raise £5000 / Friend of BIC: Raise £1000

By the mercy of Allah we have purchased the building and established Barnet Islamic Centre. Alhamdulillah, we raised £350k through donations and £600k in Qard Al-Hasana through a live TV appeal and our JustGiving page last year. Now we only have £400k Qard Al-Hasana which needs to be returned to the generous brothers and sisters who loaned us the money.

(Upon completion all names will be added on a plaque, you may choose to accept this challenge in memory of a loved one.)

After the outstanding balance is cleared, by the will of Allah, we plan to increase the capacity and accommodate a much needed sisters area at the back and children's educational facility. Ideally we would like to start kids madrasah classes as soon as possible and teach them valuable Islamic practices.

We are reaching out to our wider community not just to give but to invest, invest for your akhirah, inshaaAllah. Prophet Muhammad SAW says 'Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, Allah will build a palace for him in paradise.' (Sahih Muslim)
