Story

Bentley Motors #Be-Accessible Neurodiversity Support Group was established in 2021. Our aim was to create a platform within the equality, diversity and inclusion network and co-ordinate a real culture change towards Neurodiversity in the workplace.

As more people are disclosing neuro-diverse conditions in the workplace (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia etc.), we felt it important to create a support group and safe space where colleagues can disclose, share and exchange information and seek guidance on requesting reasonable adjustments so that they be successful at work and be recognised for their talents and strengths. Last year the group engaged with the National Autistic Society's Super 60 event and this year we are proud to be supporting the Colour Challenge.

The National Autistic Society is here to help the 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families. Be it running specialist schools, campaigning for improved rights or training companies on being more autism-friendly, we are dedicated to transforming lives and changing attitudes.

We need you, more than ever, to support charities like National Autistic Society us so they can continue their work. Every penny raised by you, our amazing supporters, will help deliver our ambitious plans to transform our society into one that truly works for autistic people.
