At Be Horself we support adults, young adults and children with their mental and emotional health, helping them face a number of challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, loss and isolation and so we are very excited to be fundraising for DENS, an amazing charity tackling homelessness and giving hope for a better future to so many in need.

We are fundraising for DENS by opening the Be Horself stable doors to 10 amazing women who are willing to give up their bed for a sleeping bag, on the hay, to raise money for those that have little choice than to rough sleep.

A “Night at the Stables” will be taking place overnight at the Be Horself yard, in rural Tring, on February 18th.

The team will be facing chilly temperatures and little home comforts and your sponsorship will go a long way to warm their hearts and spirits.
