The Beast Unleashed: Man vs Machine for 2 great causes.

Join us as Martin leads the Yorkshire Beast Team cycling 1,080 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport to Nice and Steve drives an Electric Vehicle across 20 countries, all to raise crucial funds for Alzheimer's and Candlelighters.

Starting on the 17th June 2025, two adventurers will push the limits of human endurance versus technology, racing from Leeds Bradford Airport to Nice in the fastest time possible. Martin will pedal a gruelling 1,080 miles (1738 km) starting with Leeds to Dover (310 miles) in 2 days, followed by Calais to Nice crossing the French Alps' highest pass at 9,000 ft (2,275 metres) altitude, while Steve navigates a 3,300-mile EV journey.

Also joining team bike for the full journey; Andy North and Oscar Williams.

Andy North is a 3 times world record setter having conquered the Race to Space (100,000 ft ascent in a single bike ride Mt Ventoux 19.5 times), the Sunshine challenge from Catterick Garison (North Yorkshire) to Gibralter involving 25 marathons, 1750 miles of cycling and a kayak crossing of the English channel.
