Hi! For those who don't know us from left to right we are: Emma, Fi, Craig & Tim

We all met through Iceni Training in Colchester; and through our love of fitness our Battle Cancer team was born! We're excited that Battle Cancer will be the first time we have competed together as a team and are grateful for the support and donations as we raise funds for our chosen charity, The Tom Bowdidge Youth Cancer Foundation.

Based in Colchester, the Foundation supports teenagers and young adults with cancer.

ABOUT THE FOUNDATION:

The foundation was founded in 2014 in Tom’s memory.

Tom died of a Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumour and extensive peritoneal disease in October 2013, at the age of 19.

Tom is remembered by his family, his friends and an entire community of families who have been supported in their battle against cancer, with an amazing £126,000 spent to date on creating age appropriate environments in hospitals, and £310,000 spent to fund research into targeted treatments for teenage cancers.
