Raising money for Restless Development
£300
raised of £500 target
On Sunday 16th May, 1050 young people will take part in the Flight Centre Schools Triathlon. Triathletes will swim, cycle and run whilst raising vital funds for Restless Development.

Story

Monty M., Victor W., Flynn W. and Joseph P. are the Banana Blasters!

We are so excited to be taking part in The Schools Triathlon fundraising event on the 17th May 2020, at Marlborough College.

We will put ourselves to the test by swimming, cycling and running longer than we have ever done before. We will each have to swim 50m, bike 1000m and run 750m in relay, to raise money for a great cause - Restless Development.

Restless Development is a charity that works with young people across the globe, at the heart of communities in need, in order to drive real change. They operate out of hubs in ten countries across Africa, Asia, the UK and USA, with a wider network of partners across the world. They have been working with young people since 1985 and their work is led by thousands of young volunteers and advocates every year.

As a team of four seven and eight-year-olds, this is our first fundraising event and we are excited to try out a new sport, whilst also learning about friendship, team values and fundraising for the benefit of others (and our parents are fully supportive of this!).

Please help us raise lots of money for Restless Development by sponsoring us to take part in this triathlon!

A HUGE thank you from the Banana Blasters!
