The Big Sleep Out is back to it's in person event, so again I will be spending my night sleeping in a car park with only a piece of cardboard underneath me and a sleeping bag to keep me warm and dry!

I am raising money for Arc - a charity that houses and supports local homeless people, accommodating up to 165 people on any one night. The work Arc does is so important and really does change and save lives.

I hope you can sponsor me to give up my bed for the night - it really is a big challenge. It is uncomfortable, cold, damp and I'll get no more than 1 hours sleep I expect. For me, it is just one night and I am making the choice to do it. For others, it's a different story and no one should have to face this trauma.
