Our Mission – Running for a Cause

The Apollo Scientific team is lacing up for the AJ Bell Great Manchester Run to raise vital funds for The Wellspring, our 2025 Charity of the Year. We believe in making a real impact, and this year, we’re running not just for the challenge but to help those in our community who need it most.

Our team—Matt Connor, Georgia Kennedy, Tom Bennett, Lilly Critchlow, and Dave Taylor—will be taking on the 10K to support The Wellspring’s incredible work. Every step we take is dedicated to raising awareness and funds to support people experiencing homelessness and poverty across Greater Manchester.

Why The Wellspring?

The Wellspring is a Stockport-based charity providing essential support to those who are homeless or at risk. They offer hot meals, clothing, healthcare, education, and long-term support to help individuals rebuild their lives. Beyond immediate aid, The Wellspring focuses on preventing homelessness, working tirelessly to provide the tools and opportunities people need to get back on their feet.
