Story
In 2017 I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and after 12 months of treatment which finished with a stem cell transplant in 2018. I am lucky enough to be still here.
This year marks my 5th anniversary of the stem cell transplant, and I am now not on active monitoring.
I will be ever indebted to all those involved in my care and I am raising money by cycling 2 cyclo-sportives for 3 charities, University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire (UHCW) Ward 34, George Eliot Hospital (GEH) Dorothea Unit and Lymphoma Action.
The Fred Whitton cycle challenge on the 7th May 2023 which is 180 km around the Lake District with 3,735 metres of climbing.
The Dragon Ride on the 18th June which is 213km around South Wales with 3,488 metres of climbing.
