At AND we're passionate about supporting those in need whether it be fundraising or volunteering or knowledge sharing. We are focussing our current fundraising efforts on those impacted by the invasion of Ukraine. We are aiming to raise £10,000 by the end of May 2022. We've chosen these initial charities as we can see already that they are doing great work already to support people both in or fleeing Ukraine.

We've also set up a page to raise a central pot of money to enable us to send cash to support ad hoc needs or campaigns. We have lots of ANDis (people who work at AND) who have personal connections to Ukraine and bordering countries and we are working closely with them to identify different local charities or initiatives that we can support.
