34k Challenge 2023
Campaign by Suicide&Co (RCN 1187985)
The estimated number of people directly bereaved by suicide each year is around 34,000. Were looking for 34 people to take on the 34K Challenge; 34km on September 10th, each with a fundraising target of £1000, so that together we can raise £34,000!

Story

Suicide is the leading cause of death for both men and women aged 20-34 and more than 1 in 20 people make an attempt to take their lives at some point.

Over the last few years, we have witnessed and felt first hand the devastating impact that suicide has. The aftermath of losing a loved one to suicide is so incredibly complex to navigate.

We will be doing a mixture of walking and running 34k on September 10 to help raise awareness of Suicide&Co, help them continue to support people bereaved by suicide, and in memory of our very dear friends, Amy and Nick.
