Salaam Alaiykum,

Our names are Amir Raza and Faizaan Ali. Alhamdulillah, we have recently come back from our Umrah at the end of last year. It has always been a vision for the two of us to do charity work - giving back to the people. This feeling has only become stronger since the return of our Umrah, and we look forward to the challenge that lies ahead.

Over 30,000 people have been killed in Gaza, 70% of whom are women and children. Over 1.7 million people, half of them children, have had to leave their homes as a result of the violence in Gaza following the brutal attacks in Israel on  7  October. The entire population of Gaza is facing extreme shortages of food and there is a risk of famine in the coming months.

We are looking to hold multiple events which will help us fundraise money for Palestine. We look forward to seeing you and are thankful for your donations:

Car Wash

Inshallah, we are going to provide car washes to help raise money for the cause. This will be in collaboration with Craigshill Masjid. Key information is below:

Cycle

We are organising a 50 mile cycle route from Edinburgh to Glasgow via the Union and Forth and Clyde Canals - Route 754 - in hopes to act as a fundraiser for our cause.

Charity Football

Another event will be the charity football match which will be run at the Craigshill Masjid. Key information is below:
