We are raising funds for the Weymouth Rotary Club who support a number of great local and national charities including- RNLI, Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance, The Weymouth and Portland Cancer Support Group and Water Aid.

I have rounded up number of victims.... no sorry enthusiastic participants! To run the Weymouth Half Marathon March 22nd 2020 as part of a team.

Some of us had never run much more than 5k before signing up for this challenge!!

That includes me (Anthony Gardener) way too much metal work holding my leg and knee together to be a consistent runner so this is definitely going to be a personal challenge.

Others like Tim and Ruth Mortlock have been on an amazing weight loss transformation journey and now list running as one of their passions, with Tim having been accepted for the London Marathon this year!!!!

It's a challenge that each and everyone one of us will complete as a team, with collective support, motivation, training and laughs.... maybe some tears!
