Thank you for visiting our Alfreton Swimathon Fundraising Team! This is the 4th year that this event has taken place and so far we've raised £6,120.30 and this year we're hoping to smash £7,000. That would be enough money to fund all of the work an early career scientist does in a month, including disposable equipment such as glassware, plastic, gloves, chemicals and cell cultures, staff costs, and other essential scientific equipment. This is just one example of how your money could help power our life saving work.
