Ever since I walked the Lyke Wake walk at the age of 17 I have wanted to challenge myself by walking the Coast-to-Coast route. Now at the age of 62 I am finally going to attempt my ultimate challenge. My motivation has been galvanised by a separate passion to assist others. I am therefore walking to raise money for two charities. One National and one personal to myself.

The Charity personal to myself is Safe and Sound which support vulnerable young people who remain at risk of exploitation. click on the first link below for more information and to donate.
