Story

Hello, my name is Alex and if you've met me, you'll know I have a LOT of hair!

This is not a random choice. I have been growing my hair for 6 years now - all with the aim of donating to the fantastic cause of the Little Princess Trust.

This team page enables me to support 3 very important charities:

- St Michael's Hospice: I got to know the excellent care of St Michael's, when my partner Cassie's mum was very sick. Even though Ira passed in 2017, the support of St Michael's hospice to so many families is timeless.

- ZANE: My Dad, Frank, grew up in Zimbabwe and he was always passionate about this region of the world. Frank supported ZANE for a number of years, truly passionate about their work. Since his passing earlier this year, my family are choosing to continue his legacy by supporting this charity.

- The Little Princess Trust: Many years ago, when I met Cassie, she was donating her hair to the Little Princess Trust. I remember thinking at the time about how awesome this was and also "I have a lot of hair - why don't I grow it and donate too?". 6 years later (after some emotional attachment to the hair) - IT IS TIME! Donating hair to this fantastic charity is only half the challenge. The Little Princess Trust require financial donations to support the process of making wigs themselves.

You can click each of these links below to support one, two or all three of these great causes!

Chop off is currently booked in for December the 18th - it’s going to be awesome!

Thank you!

Alex
