Why I do it to myself, I have no idea, but next year I shall be suffering through the Paris Marathon 2025, in aid of the wonderful CW+ charity and my NHS Trust in our 30th year.

Any donations would be gratefully received - I haven’t dusted off my trainers properly since 2023 so at the very least, you’ll all be entertained.
