In 2022 I was sat on my uncles porch watching the early morning sun rise across his beautiful garden in New Hampshire, USA after running from our holiday rental on the lake. He asked me 'what do I enjoy?' I said 'I don't really know'. He said before your 40 challenge yourself to find out.

Uncle Andrew had prostate cancer and we set out that before I am 40 I am to do 40 events that I have fun, challenge myself and more importantly raise awareness and money to important causes that can save lives and educate people.

My first event was in April 2022 and was the Kew half marathon. Shortly after completing the event I received the sad new that Uncle Andrew had died that day. My 40 before 40 is dedicated to you Uncle Andrew.
