In support of one of the team's parents AFC Whitchurch are running a mile to fundraise for Velindre cancer centre. This will take place on 22/2/25 from Hailey park to WRSSC.

Elise and Laura will have run a mile for every hour for the preceeding 23 hours and will 'enjoy' having the team's company for the final mile!

There is a fast current...

and there's pollution and wildlife!!

But we will do all we can to complete the challenge and to try and help Velindre to deliver world leading cancer treatment and research for all those who need it
