TCS London Marathon 2022
Campaign by Myeloma UK (RCN SC026116)
Our incredible Myeloma UK runners will be taking on TCS London Marathon to help make myeloma history.

Story

In November 2019, the day before his second child was born, our friend Adam was diagnosed with Multiple-Myeloma (MM), an incurable blood cancer. The average prognosis for somebody with Adam’s cancer is ten years. But, Adam is younger, fitter and stronger than the average MM patient. There is also significant ongoing work to find a cure for this horrible disease, which Myeloma UK are involved with.

We 4 boys have been friends for over 40 years. We are as close to brothers as you can be without a blood link. We are determined to support Adam in his fight to be the best husband he can be to his beautiful wife Petra. And, the best father he can be to their two wonderful children Lucy (5) & Bill (2) for as long as possible. We are doing that by raising funds for Myeloma UK and supporting Adam, in his personal battle against his preference for a more comfortable lifestyle. He needs to be as fit and strong as possible!

Can you help us? Please give what you can, every penny counts. Or if you can do more. If you want to join our team and help raise funds please get in touch. There will be events happening through out the year in 2022 and we’d love to have you along for the ride.
