We Rehabilitate cardiac patients to improve health outcomes

Story

As we approach the anniversary of Matts heart attack, we are preparing to take part in the British Heart Foundation London to Brighton Bike Ride in support of the Gwent Cardiac Rehabilitation Trust Fund. This registered charity is dedicated to aiding the rehabilitation of individuals who have faced heart-related challenges. The trust works hand in hand with the NHS, complementing and enhancing their services. Having witnessed first hand the incredible impact of the rehabilitation program, we are determined to raise funds to further their vital work in assisting those affected by cardiac issues. The event, a cycling challenge from London to Brighton, will take place on June 16, 2024. Our goal is to raise £500 for this meaningful cause. Your support will truly make a difference by providing essential resources for the trust. Donating through JustGiving ensures that your contribution directly benefits this important charity. Thank you for considering supporting this cause.
