We are supporting Birmingham Mind by running in the Mental Elf Festive Fun Run on 1 December 2024.

Birmingham Mind provides person-centred mental health support services to enable people to be in control of their lives. Mental Elf promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting people and doing something to help others. The festive season can be hard for some people - last December the Birmingham Mind helpline answered 1,486 calls. All donations received during Mental Elf stay in Birmingham to help fund Birmingham Mind's vital services to support people with their mental health and wellbeing.

Please sponsor the running team - Hollie Gould, Maddie Abbott, Jason Yeo, Raffaella Culora, Vikash Mistry, Carol Wilson, Ghulam Mujtaba and Jeni Bartlett - who will be completing the 5k run on 1 December.
