Story

The ABUHB Community Neurological Rehab Service have seen first hand the amazing work that Headway do to support patients with acquired brain injuries living in the Aneurin Bevan Health Board. We are aiming to raise at least £100 by doing the following challenges:

-Bake and sell 100 cakes and cookies

-do a mixed ability "sports day" for staff and participants who attend the local Neuro@NERS exercise groups in Newport, Cwmbran and Ebbw Vale.

-Share 100 poems!

We shall be sharing our progress via social media! Please share and donate if you can!!!

About the charity

We provide information, support and services to people with acquired brain injury, their families and carers. We run an Independence and Wellbeing Centre, Community Social & Activity Groups, Welfare Benefits & Counselling Services, and monthly Family and Friends group.
